Chapter 2: And It's Only Thursday Morning January 22, 2016 Paperback and Bobby have been in the jet for a few hours now. Just as Paperback began to drift into sleep, she heard a faint strumming noise. She glanced over to Bobby, and saw that he was looking out the window, playing and singing quietly, so she decided to join in. Soon, the whole plane was filled with the sad music, "I look at you all, see the love there that's sleeping, while my guitar gently weeps..." She went over to Bobby, sitting next to him, and looked at his guitar. "Where'd you find this thing?" "I built it." "Really? You built a bass guitar? By yourself?" "Yep, and it's more than just that," Bobby said, as he pressed down on one of the frets. Suddenly, the whole guitar began to shift and transform, and finally, the whole guitar had transformed into a miniature machine-gun, complete with a lock-on computer. "It's a pretty powerful weapon, too." For a moment, Paper back remained silent, until finally she said "... That is really cool." Bobby let out a half smile as he pressed the button on the side of the gun, which caused it to return to its normal form. He looked at Paperback for a moment, managing to make eye contact. But a moment later, his face grew red and he turned away. Paperback just laughed, which caused him to go even redder, until finally, she stopped. She put her hand on his shoulder, before getting up and going back to her original seat, where she said quietly, "G'night, Bobby." She glanced over to him, only to find that when she had put her hand on his shoulder, as she got up from her seat, it had made contact with his face, which made him so nervous he actually passed out. She smiled in an amused way, and went to sleep... January 23, 2016 *This is your captain speaking, we've just landed in Liverpool, Britain. Thank you, and enjoy your stay.* Paperback and Bobby got off the plane and started out onto the street. Paperback pulled out a GPS, and pulled the Liverpool map. She turned and said "Okay, we're about 2 miles or so from the Cavern Club, so we might have to--" Her voice trailed off as she lifted her head. She had been talking as if Bobby had followed, but he was nowhere to be found. Bobby was gone.
